Project Marrow: Entry log #15
June 9th, 1988
Study: Wishbone is tasked to track and find 12 labeled pigs with a device attached to him; monitoring his heartrate, vision and location
Interception: Wishbone's device was malfunctioning due to the weather, we have no way of tracking when the fog came since we didn't have any meteorologists on site at the time, we had to just use the information we had and will have to redo this test later on. We were able to keep his location at least for the majority of the test.
Results: The task was completed after 57 minutes; Wishbone was able to collect the pigs and bring each of them to the pen at the same time, apparently Wishbone found a way to heard them, and they followed him flawlessly without any complications. There were no injuries to any of them. We think these results might be untrustworthy, considering the fact that during the 43m timestamp, in one of the fog clouds that enveloped Wishbone and the tracker (roughly around a 23 foot radius), he left the fog at a point of exit and time where he'd have to be moving at speeds of over 130mph with all of the pigs in order to cross that distance uphill that fast. The other clouded areas seemed to have similar effects, and seemed to form just as quickly as they faded, only existing in the span of 7 minutes on average.
At the end of the test, all of the pigs had to be butchered, they were younger than we'd like, but we had to do it because they all turned into boars, and doubled in size over the span of a week after the experiment ended.
