We received our "volunteers" from the list. It took a long time to gather them all in one place and required extensive coordination among the scouting groups. We expect to begin our experiments very soon. However, not everyone is on board. Subject 813 has been the most eager to fight back. Of course, this will not be tolerated. Thanks to the shock chips we installed while they were unconscious, it's much easier to shut him up. More files will be sent directly to the overseer of this project, as it is highly classified. No personnel without clearance should—or will—be able to access them.
